Uma grande afirmação, e que está na boca de todos neste momento.
Mas este "fenómeno" já vem sendo observado à algum tempo. Aliás, hoje em dia o geek chic é uma grande tendência, não só em termos estéticos mas mesmo em termos culturais. Já passou a altura em que a aparência parecia ser tudo, cada vez, mais hoje em dia, isso passa a ser nada sem estar associado a inteligência e personalidade.
Usar óculos deixou de ser considerado apenas geek, agora acrescentamos o chic ao nome que antes poderia ser tão depreciativo. Agora este estilo invade as ruas de todo o mundo.

But this "phenomenon" is already being seen for quite some time. Besides, nowadays the geek chic is a big trend, not only esthetically but on a cultural way. It's in the past the time when looks seemed to be everything, now, that means nothing without intelligence and personality associated.
Wearing glasses it's no longer considered to be just geek, we add the chic to the expression that was so negative, turning it into stylish instead. We can see this trend invading the streets all over the world.
