Ando a rever todos os episódios do "Sexo e a Cidade" e, para muita tristeza minha, vou já na última temporada, quando encontrei uma notícia que me pôs um sorriso nos lábios.
Depois de rumores e rumores de um 3º filme de "Sexo e a Cidade" e de um filme sobre a vida de Carrie antes de Manhattan, está agora confirmado um episódio piloto para uma série que nos vai mostrar a vida de Carrie nos anos 80, antes de todos as relações falhadas e tantos Cosmopolitans.
A CW, produtora de séries como Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, 90210 já confirmou que está a preparar-se para fazer o episódio piloto da série baseada no livro de Candace Bushnell "The Carrie Diaries", que nos revela uma Carrie adolescente no último ano de escola e no seu ínicio em Manhattan, e as suas primeiras perguntas sobre amor, sexo amizade..., a sua relação com o namorado Sebastian Kydd e a rivalidade com a popular Donna LaDonna.
Numa altura em que Carrie não tinha ainda as suas 3 melhores amigas,
Samantha, Miranda e Charlotte, como serão as restantes personagens que a
vão acompanhar nas aventuras da adolescência?
A única personagem que possivelmente poderá voltar é a de Samantha Jones mas quem sabe as voltas que eles poderão dar à história.
Acho que vão ser poucas as pessoas que não vão estar agarradas ao ecrã no primeiro episódio da série, seja por gosto ou por mera curiosidade.
Eu posso dizer, com toda a certeza, que não vou perder!
Agora a grande questão é, quem irá ser a nova Carrie? E se, eventualmente, voltarem as 3 melhores amigas Samantha, Miranda e Charlotte, quem as poderia interpretar? Sugestões??

After rumours and rumours about a third "Sex and the City" movie and a prequel movie of Carrie's life before Manhattan, it's now confirmed a pilot episode for a series that will show us Carrie's life in the 80's, before all the failed relationships and all the Cosmopolitans.
The CW, home of series like Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, 90210 has already ordered the first episode of the the series based on another of Candace Bushnell's books "The Carrie Diaries", that presents to us a much younger Carrie in her senior year of high school and her beginnings in Manhattan, and takes us through her first questions about love, sex, friendship... and her relationship with her boyfriend Sebastian Kydd and her rivalry with popular girl Donna LaDonna.
On a time when Carrie still hadn't find her 3 best friends, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda, how will the rest of the characters that will follow her in her teenage adventures be?
The only one that could possibly come back is the character of Samantha Jones, but who knows what they will make of the show.
I think not many people would want to miss this first episode, whether because they like it or just pure curiosity.
I can say, with all certainty, that I won't miss it.
Now the big question is, who will be the new Carrie? And if Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda, eventually, came back, who would play them? Any Suggestions?
