Esta campanha intitulada de “The Saint Laurent Music Project” surge quase como uma continuação do desfile Outono-Inverno 2013, onde se notou a influência do estilo de Courtney Love na colecção.
Slimane volta a apostar na relação entre artistas rock e a marca, algo que acontecia nos primeiros tempos de YSL com Mick Jagger e Bianca Jagger.
Juntam-se a Courtney Love nesta campanha Marylin Manson, Ariel Pink e Kim Gordon.

Grunge is definitely back!
I guess none of us doubted the comeback of this style that dominated the 90’s, and Hedi Slimane’s new Saint Laurent campaign comes just to confirm this great trend that’s been growing rapidly in these last months or even years.
The campaign entitled “The Saint Laurent Music Project” comes almost as a following up of the Fall Winter 2013 runway show, where the clear influence of Courtney Love’s style in the collection didn’t come unnoticed.
Slimane emphasizes again the longtime relationship between rock artists and the brand, something that happens since YSL’s early days with Mick Jagger and Bianca Jagger.
Joining Courtney Love in this campaign are Marylin Manson, Ariel Pink and Kim Gordon.
